Two decades of delivered water, buildings, power, oil-field and central-cooling infrastructure — for government, energy, and international clients across Kirkuk and northern Iraq.
Baheez General Trading & Construction is a limited liability company headquartered in Kirkuk, Iraq. Formally established in 2008 and led by contractors active in the region since 2004, the company has grown into a trusted delivery partner for public authorities, the energy sector, and international organizations.
The company operates across two connected lines of business: general contracting — covering water and sewage networks, public buildings, electrical and power works, roads, and mechanical installation — and general trading, including the import, supply, and installation of equipment, vehicles, and materials.
Baheez has completed landmark works for the Kirkuk Provincial Government and Iraqi ministries — including the Kirkuk Court of Justice building, the new Governorate fit-out, hospital and school facilities, and dozens of water and power projects. Internationally, it has delivered contracts for REACH, UNHCR, Blumont, and USAID-funded programs.
Every engagement is backed by government registration, an engineering-led management team, and a documented history of on-schedule completion.
Baheez works inside Iraq's oil sector — including for the North Oil Company — delivering complete field facilities: storage tank fabrication and installation, pump and pipeline lines, truck-loading terminals and rail spurs, weighbridges, site caravans, access roads, and integrated fire and safety systems.
Distribution networks, artesian wells, pumping stations, treatment systems, and storage reservoirs — the company's most extensive record.
Public and institutional buildings — courthouses, hospitals, schools, and government premises — from structure through fit-out and commissioning.
Power station civil works, grid connections, steel canopies, generator supply and installation — delivered for the Ministry of Electricity.
Road construction and paving, structural civil works, and site development, executed to Iraqi general specifications.
Installation and commissioning of plant, pumping and exchange stations, and metal structures — extended by a central-cooling division under exclusive GREE agency.
Import, export, and supply of vehicles, equipment, and materials — including turnkey supply-and-install packages for government directorates.
